Trigger Point Ultimate 6 Instructional DVD
The Ultimate 6 DVD covers the same 6 areas as our Ultimate 6 Guidebook except in a DVD format. It includes a How-To section lead by the Founder of the Trigger Point tools, Cassidy Phillips. This section will explain how to use the tools and cover questions such as pace, placement, breathing and so on. The DVD will go over a brief education of biomechanics, as the body relates to
running, as well as give you detailed step-by-step instruction on how to
use our tools.
The second section in the DVD is a REGEN Class that offers a class that you can follow-along with. The class also takes you through the 6 most important areas of the body.
The Ultimate 6
The Ultimate 6 are the six key areas that influence the biomechanics of an athlete. In order they are Soleus, Quads, IT Band, Piriformis, Psoas and Pectorals.
