Fitness Town offers a 30-day return/exchange policy on all unopened or unused products, returned in new, saleable condition. Any out of box and/or used products (including shoes) which are returned within 30 days of purchase will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee. Any returns or exchange must be accompanied with the original receipt or proof of purchase. For the purpose of hygienic reasons all exercise mats, stability balls, gloves, weights and benches, foam rollers, clothing, resistance tubing and bands, heart rate monitors and other products deemed hygienically sensitive may not be returned or exchanged. Supplements may not be returned for refund or exchange at any time. All sales are final on all floor models and refurbished items and do not apply to the standard return policy. Fitness Town’s customer care plan covers parts and labour on your fitness equipment for up to 5 years. There is an in home call out fee of $30 (regular $50+ for non CCP holders). If a 2nd call out is required, it is on us. Extra mileage fees apply to addresses located outside of a 30 km radius from the nearest Fitness Town. The Customer Care plan is non-transferable and non-refundable. If you do not use your customer care plan within the 5 year period, it becomes an in store credit towards your next Fitness Town purchase. (more on Customer Care Plan)
