| Tom Howe - Sales, Service and Deliveries
Thomas
grew up in BC, and was looked at as an overweight child growing up. He recalls being made fun of occasionally,
and it took a bit of a pounding on his self esteem. “It was after an incident at a local swimming
pool at the age of 16 that I knew something had to change. I proceeded to go into the closest bookstore
and look for literature on fitness, and there I found Arnold Schwarzenegger’s
Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding.
Over the years I have transformed myself from being a 6 foot tall, 220lb
chubby kid into a 245lb amateur bodybuilder”.
Thomas competes within the local bodybuilding competitions, and has been
maintaining a high level of fitness standard since that fateful
day.
Thomas
knows what its like to be both in shape and out of shape, and knows what’s
needed to succeed with personal fitness.
He can be seen in the store helping customers pick the best equipment for
their needs, as well as bringing the newly purchased pieces to their
houses. Come into our Edmonton store and let Tom
help you achieve your goals too!
