The Dumbbell Total Core Program is divided into three empowering and like changing sections:
Section 1: Mark will coach you on proper form and function for his scientifically proven exercises (the same exercises used by the world's top elite athletes). Mark will show you how to train smarter with better form so you receive twice the benefits in half the time.
Section 2: Get Ready! Mark will guide you through 3 total workouts geared towards your individual fitness needs and experience level. These workouts are divided into Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels. Each level comes complete with Mark's motivational coaching cues so that you stay focused, energized, and committed to your program.
