Joking aside I lost 35lbs (220-175) in 2.5 months and kept if off with kettle bell. Experienced a sharp increase in general strength and wellness too, less prone to injury and it felt great.
*ALWAYS start working out with a friend who can show you proper form. Without form there is high risk for injury and well if you hurt your back honestly you're not going to do this anymore.
