The Beastie Hook was created to conveniently massage your upper back, shoulders, neck and other difficult-to-reach body parts. It allows you to massage these areas while youre in a comfortable and relaxed upright position e.g. even while sitting on the couch in front of your TV.
Features
RumbleRoller Beastie Hook
Although there are other hook or cane-type massage tools, only the Beastie Hook has these unique features:
- Solid steel construction
Steel makes the Beastie Hook more durable than competing products, and also provides just the right amount of "springiness" to make this tool even more effective. - Detachable contact
Instead of a fixed contact point, the Beastie Hook uses a Beastie, which easily snaps into the Beastie Hook's end loop. Of course, the Beastie can just as easily be removed and used as a massage ball when needed. That makes the Beastie Hook much more versatile than other massage tools. - Multi-point contact
The multiple high-friction bumps on the Beastie give the Beastie Hook better control. While the single contact point on competing products limits them to simpler acupressure techniques, the Beastie Hook can also be used for cross-frictional massage.

Limitations of Conventional Massage Balls |
The Beastie was created to overcome the many limitations of conventional massage balls: |
 | Too Big Larger balls can be used to massage broad surfaces of your body, but they won't get into more confined areas (e.g. close to your spine) and are too blunt to dig into the muscle. | | Too Absorbent Balls with fabric or knitted covers absorb sweat, dirt, and bacteria, and are more difficult to clean. | | Too Small Smaller balls, such as golf balls, are relatively inconvenient to use because they need to be elevated on a block to reach many areas of your body. | | Too Shallow Putting bumps on a ball is a step in the right direction, but shallow bumps only provide superficial stimulation and aren't effective for deep-tissue massage. | | Too Hard Balls with very hard surfaces will dig deeper into the muscle, but can also bruise the bone. That makes them less effective than a ball with a more elastic surface. | | Too Crowded Taller bumps have the potential to dig deeper into the muscle, but placing them too close together limits their penetration and negates the effect. | | Too Soft Inflated balls or ones made of foam can't provide enough localized force for deep-tissue massage, and don't hold up well to heaver use. | | Too Sparse Having too few bumps can also be a problem. This type of massage ball doesn't roll, so it's difficult to reposition when you're lying on top of it. | |
