To maintain the health and safety of our staff and customers and follow public health guidelines, until further notice, Fitness Town is not accepting any returns or refunds. If your purchased product is defective, please refer to the Customer Care Plan (CCP) and Make It Right Policy.
We accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of the purchase date from our store locations and online. As of March 16th, 2020, we will not accept any returns or exchanges on out of box, opened, and used accessories and fitness equipment.

Occasionally an item sells out or may be back ordered and we may need to issue a refund or cancel your order. One of our team members will notify you if an item is back ordered or out of stock.
