The Z7R Zero Runner

Everyone is wondering about the new Z7R Zero Runner. I mean, what the heck is this thing? You might be thinking what’s the difference between this and an elliptical or how would this machine work for me? Well, in this post I’m going to discuss my personal experience with this machine and why the Z7R should be the newest addition to your home gym.

So, why did I choose the Zero Runner?

Zero Runner
Currently, I am an ex-athlete that played several sports at a very high level of competition. Since my lifestyle revolved around these activities, my body took quite a beating over the years. The repetitive nature of some of these sports ultimately led to several injuries including the need to have surgery on my knee and ankle. On top of this, I found I was struggling with lots of tendon and ligament damage which became more prominent as I aged.

Today I struggle with the constant battle of wanting to workout but knowing it can often be a challenge. I find myself staying away from certain exercises telling myself “I can't do this but I can do that, this hurts but I can kind do this exercise.” So what was the number one thing I crossed off my to-do list? Sadly, it was running. With bad knees and a bad ankle, running outside or even on a treadmill would require a three day recovery for me and a substantial amount of pain.

Then Everything Changed

Zero Runner

Everything changed for me after I had the rare opportunity to try a new category of fitness equipment at Fitness Town. The Z7R Zero Runner made running fun again by taking all of the impact out of my joints and allowing me to run pain-free. Now, I’m not gonna lie, I was very skeptical about the product at first. It looked different than anything I had seen or used before not to mention that it didn't have a motor or a variety of programs. When I first stepped onto the machine, it seemed a bit awkward. It felt as though you had to kind of teach yourself how to use it as the Zero Runner is much different than an elliptical or a treadmill. Why is it so different?  The difference is in the way you run. In fact, the Zero Runner takes you through a completely natural range of motion running.

After a few minutes of awkwardness, I was running.  It was an unbelievable experience, and it felt entirely natural.  The stride was mine, the movement was mine, and the unrestricted movement of my joints felt amazing. Best of all, I was able to use this machine for over 45 minutes without any pain during or after.

End the Workout

At the end of my workout, I was drenched in sweat but every bit of it was worth it. What else could I ask for in a piece of fitness equipment? The Zero Runner in my opinion is amazing, and I have worked in the fitness industry for over 19 years. Some people may say “no pain, no gain,” but I am here to tell you that you don’t need to be in pain anymore to reach you fitness goals.

If you are like me and care about your health and wellness and want to have the freedom to workout without pain try the Z7R Zero Runner. My favourite features of this machine are that it’s

1) A low impact on joints enabling you to use it longer without pain.

2) Space saving.Zero Runner

3) Energy efficient.

4) Quiet.

5) Smooth.

6) Great quality and long lasting.

7) Designed for a natural range of motion.
