Progenex is awesome. I started using it when I found out about it from another CrossFitter - and it tastes delicious and helps me recover quickly. I noticed a difference practically right away. :)

Building muscle takes work: Progenex can help. This is a very true statement. All athletes know that it takes hard work to yield big results. But all athletes also know that the body needs help with recovery. I've been taking Progenex for over a year now since starting CrossFit and it has helped tremendously with my recovery time. I'm often doing multiple workouts per day, and Progenex has saved me from muscle fatigue. Do work!
