Features
Find where it hurts
Start by rolling the Armaid White roller across your arm muscles to identify tender zones and isolate the right spots for trigger point therapy.
Apply sustained pressure
Once you’ve found a tender zone, place the center ball on the most painful spot. Squeeze the handles to apply pressure to the muscle.
Stretch tight muscles
While maintaining the pressure, stretch the muscle by flexing and extending the appropriate joints. Depending where your sore spots are, this might be your hand or your elbow.
The White Roller
This roller consists of three 1″ hard plastic balls strung on a flexible rod. It is the perfect starting attachment for your Armaid therapy.
If you need a more specialized approach, the Black, Yellow, Orange or Grey rollers, sold separately can be swapped out in place of the White roller for different levels of pressure and firmness.
